- orders require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date.
- Final payment is due 4 days prior to pick up or delivery.
- Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may change without notice.
Cancellation policy
- Orders cancelled more than 4 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
- Orders cancelled less than 4 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
- If a customer fails to pick up an order on the agreed-upon date, refunds will not be provided.
- In the unlikely event that Snout & Scone LLC is unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of amount paid will be issued.
Custom Orders
- Inspiration photos are welcomed and used as design references only.
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
- Slight variations in color, decoration, and design may occur.
